TITLE: TIBETAN FIRE ELEMENT MEDITATION
TIME: 15 MINUTES
DESCRIPTION: The "Fire" element meditation is one of five elemental meditations offered to members. The five elements are FIRE, EARTH, SPACE, AIR & WATER. The Fire Element meditation is a 15 MINUTE meditation that uses very active visualization to focus the mind and calm the parasympathetic nervous system. According to ancient Tibetan practices this meditation uses visualization, imagination, and vibration to dissolve attachments creating energetic space to magnetize what does energetic align with your energy body as well as release tensions in your physical body. It is an active meditation that involves color breathing and mental imagery that will take some practice and repetition to retrain your mind to focus and rewire your nervous into a state of calming consciousness. At the completion of 15 minutes you will have a renewed sense of BLISS. The more you practice this meditation the more attachments will dissolve and bliss widens and expands.
TITLE: TIBETAN EARTH ELEMENT MEDITATION
TIME: 15 MINUTES
PURPOSE: Dissolve source of pride and activate the quality of equanimity.
DESCRIPTION: The "Earth" element meditation is one of five elemental meditations offered to members. The five elements are FIRE, EARTH, SPACE, AIR & WATER. The Earth Element meditation is a 15 MINUTE meditation that uses very active visualization to focus the mind and calm the parasympathetic nervous system. According to ancient Tibetan practices this meditation uses visualization, imagination, and vibration to dissolve energetic blocks pertaining to PRIDE or EGO dissolving unbalances and fostering equality, equanimity, evenness, grounding and balance. Earth is heavy and provides stability when life feels uneasy. Align your energy body, release tensions, and shift the physical body to experience more balance. As all the Tibetan elemental meditations this is an active meditation that involves color breathing and mental imagery that will take some practice and repetition to retrain your mind to focus and rewire your nervous into a n altered state of consciousness. At the completion of 15 minutes you will have a renewed sense of EQUANIMITY. The more you practice meditation the more associated "energy blocks" (bodily tensions) will dissolve and the elemental quality called in will widen and expand.
